  • Fresh Longhorn salmon fillets, citrus fruits, herbs, and a reliable grill are among the essentials.
  • Create a delicious marinade by mixing zesty lime juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, and minced garlic for balance. This delicious mixture serves to flavor the salmon.

Useful Tips on Cooking Longhorn Salmon

  1. Be sure to remove the skin from the whole fish before cooking.
  2. For this recipe, any variety of lemon will work, but Meyer lemons are especially juicy and fragrant.
  3. Salmon can be cooked in a normal baking dish if you don't have an ovenproof skillet. Add a little water to the pot to prevent the fish from drying out.
  4. When cooking salmon, avoid overcooking it. The best technique for determining whether a fish is fully cooked is to stick a fork in the thickest part of it and twist it. The fish is cooked when it flakes easily.
